Cruiser's ships Monday through Friday ONLY
We usually ship within 24 hours on orders placed before 1 PM local time.
Our preferred shippers are USPS (The Post Office) and UPS.

Items that contain delicate mechanical, electrical, or that are fragile/breakable require and will include an additional charge for shipping insurance.
The costs will vary by the sale price and the shippers terms.
Cruiser's Classics is not liable for any damage that might be incurred during shipping, but we will assist, as we can, if you need to file a claim with the shipper.
All shipping claims must be promptly reported to the shipper Any package that shows damage should be reported to the driver or carrier upon delivery, if possible.

Cruiser's may included a charge for packaging materials if a special shipping container or handling is required.

Our "NO HASSLE" Return Policy
Applies to New and Used Motorcycle Parts (Unless Listed Otherwise)

We ride and we work on bikes here.
We also know that sometimes what looks like it will work when looking at online
or catalog pictures just doesn't quite make it in person.

SO TO BE FAIR

If this doesn't work for you after you get it and you have not: used, modified or damaged this in any way
JUST email for a Return Authorization Number within 5 days of delivery then;
Re-box it and pay for the return shipping to send it back to us.
After we get this back we WILL inspect it and as long as all's OK we WILL ISSUE a credit
to your CC (or send you a check if you paid by check) for the amount you paid for this plus any sales tax we collected.

PLEASE NOTE - The shipping charge to you AND your shipping cost back to us will NOT be refunded.

Remember "If You Mod it, Hang it, Loose it or Bust it - YOU OWN IT"

NO RETURN OR REFUND OF ANY ELECTRICAL ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED INSTALLED OR MODIFIED (Unless Otherwise Listed).
Defects or failures are handled but the manufacturer under their terms of warranty
ALL and ALL returns must be issued a Return Authorization PRIOR to you shipping it back.
To obtain a RA contact us detailing the reason for the return. See "contact".

Returns received WITHOUT an assigned RA will NOT BE ACCEPTED for CREDIT.

All Returns MUST ALSO be:
1) in new and unused / un-installed / un-modified condition
2) complete with all components and in the original box / package
3) shipped prepaid unless we (Cruisers Classics) have instructed you otherwise

We reserve the right to refuse any and all returns.
We will inspect all returns BEFORE issuing any credit or adjustment.
We may charge a restocking charge

No statement of functionality in regards to your specific vehicle has been made, please be sure that you are purchasing the proper part before bidding as it is not returnable (except as listed above).

Cruiser's Classics has made an effort to inspect items for sale, create thorough descriptions, and provide images that accurately depict the condition of all items
No warranty, express or implied, is represented.
All items are sold "As - Is" unless explicitly stated otherwise within the item description.
Any requests for returns meeting the above mentioned terms must be sent to Cruiser's Classics via e-mail within 3 days of item delivery.
